Balneo-mud therapy

The thermal balneotherapy, using mineral therapeutically active waters, associates the biologic and therapeutic effect exerted by digesters to physic nonspecific properties, making the mineral water a solution with a peculiar chemical composition.

The technique of bath follows some general principles even if it is possible to make changes in the methodology of application in base of the kind of mineral water and the diseases to be cured.

The general balnotherapy with hot or warmed water is practised in dedicated single tubes.

For mud-therapy a parasitic mud is used. This is a product made of feldspars of trachytic rocks combined with amorphous rests of aluminium silicate, ferrous and calcareous material, alkaline salt and sodium chloride.

rheumatology, in cronich inflammatory diseases of digestive organs, urinary tract, genital organs, psoriasis and sin diseases.
